Return Policy

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning are in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and issue a refund to your original form of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping cost and that you will be responsible for paying the shipment fee for the return. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method and retain your proof of shipment for your records.
